11 Pound Propane Tank Ring and Sensor Spacer

I designed these TPU rings to protect the bottom rims of my camper's two 11lb propane tanks and to provide enough clearance to install a Mopeka Pro Check sensor on each tank. The Mopeka sensors require about 1/2 inch of clearance under the tank in order to fit. They come with aluminum spacers that clip onto the rim at the bottom of the tank, but the clips don't work well in the camper's storage area. Additionally, I plan to take the tanks out regularly to supply a LavaBox portable campfire and the clips are not very stable on uneven ground. The solution is this simple print that provides about 1/2 inch of clearance under the tank. The ring presses tightly onto the bottom rim with a little stretching and then stays put. The Mopeka sensors fit well and stay attached with their built-in magnets.
