11th's Sonic Screwdriver Redrawn - Hollow Stem and Tip for modded slide

A hollowed stem and tip for the modded slide by Fkdatguy, intended for use with the redrawn 11th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver model by Ellindsey. The main changes I did were to add a hollow channel to fit 3 mm LEDs (same dimensions as the LED of the official 11th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver toy by Character Options) inside the stem with some space for additional wiring on top of changing the tolerances a bit to allow the part to properly slide into the core if the original is too tight; and hollowing out the tip slightly to let the light of the LED go through nicer and illuminate the whole tip instead of just the bottom part. The LED won't fit inside the tip, but can rest against the opening to make it light up better.
