2.5" Drive Caddy for Dell R640, R440, R740, T550, and other 14th gen Dell EMC servers

Designed to have similar styling to the OEM caddies. Fully print in place, uses a compliant latch and spring. The lever does not lock the drive in place, it is just an aid for drive removal while looking cool at the same time. Physically compatible with the Dell DXD9H caddy. There are holes in the front for clear PETG snips to be used as light guides, to allow the LEDs from the backplane to shine through to the front. WORK IN PROGRESS Print with 0.16mm layers using Arachne perimeter generation. You will want to make sure your printer is well calibrated, the hinge has quite tight tolerances.
