Description
Allows you to use a monitor arm that you've lost the VESA mounting bracket for, and adds in a 2" rise. There's a common format to many monitor arm brackets, where there is a tombstone-shaped plate on the monitor arm itself, and then a 100x100 VESA adapter bolts to the monitor itself. Somehow, I manage to misplace those plates much more often than I'd like, so I designed adapters to keep the monitor arms usable. This is a revision of my first slide on VESA adapter ; this new version also gives about 2" rise; it may help match monitor heights for dual or triple monitor mounts. I have a 3d printed laptop mount that slides on in the same way, in a separate model. Print as strongly as you like; I used 25% gyroid infill with standard PLA, SUPPORTS ON. I would recommend PETG or a CF filament, if you have it. I cannot judge if your print is strong enough, and your monitor cheap enough, to trust your finished print. USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT!
