2 x 4 mount for French Cleat adapter

@sketchmeto_4171426 has a slew of French cleat mounting systems, I do not use French cleats but have 2x4's I mount things to. this is an adapter so you can use the same mounting mechanism on the skinny end of a 2x4 with 2 #8 screws.
