24mm Blade Holder with Slightly Smaller Inner Diameter

I printed blade holders that were in the file collection provided by Adafruit. Both of them were too long and I couldn't seat the emitter properly. I would love an explanation for why the files the author included were sized the way they are. My remix of the blade holder is 24mm long. That allows me to screw the emitter all the way on and the emitter still seats firmly against the blade holder. This holder also has a slightly smaller inside dimension producing a very nice friction fit on my Ultrasaber heavy duty blade. The bottom thickness and “rim” dimensions were kept the same as the originals. Only the main barrel was shortened.
