Description
2mm pitch spacing with 1.4mm holes for pogo pins for RC car timing transponders available at https://github.com/zsellera/openstint-transponder Be sure it prints on its side. For print settings, I use 4 walls and 5% infill. Don't use supports. Built in (2) 1mm rods for the larger unsupported bridges that will need to be and are easily snipped off around the chip holder area. Pogo pin specs: tube diameter: 1.02mm; Needle bar diameter:0.74mm; Pin Total Length: 15.8mm. Assembly: The pins press into the holes with some light resistance. Use caution when pressing with bare fingers, I used a coin to aid in pressing the pins through the holes. Push the pins through the holes so that they make contact with the bottom of the jig but without compressing the inner pin. Use a bit of your favorite adhesive to ensure they stay fixed in place. I used a bit of contact cement. Or heat up a paper clip and wallow it out, just be mindful of alignment before you glue them in. You may find it easier to solder the pogos to your wires before fitting them in place. If you do, make sure to clear out the holes by pre-pressing a pogo pin through them all.
