45° Angled LED Holder for 18mm Thick Boards This is a simple 3D printable bracket designed to mount LED strips at a 45-degree downward angle. It is specifically made for 18mm thick MDF or particle board (chipboard) surfaces. Features: Angle: 45 degrees, ideal for illuminating the inside of desks or cabinets from above. Compatibility: Suitable for standard 18mm board thickness. Mounting: You can attach any LED strip or aluminum profile to the holder using super glue or double-sided tape. Dimensions: Detailed dimensions are given in the technical drawing image. Printing Settings and Recommendations: Material: I strongly recommend using PETG. LED strips can get quite hot during use, and PETG manages heat much better than PLA. Infill ratio: 20% is sufficient. A simple and effective solution for under-cabinet or desktop work lighting.
