5mm shorter bottom insert for voltrish 11-Blade Deburring Tool

I ended up filling in the end of the 5mm or so to fit my specific tool (voltrish 11-Blade Deburring Tool - https://a.co/d/aUKniwD ) as well as adding 2 more magnet holes to the cutter end to ensure the tool stays in place even if flipped upside down. The back side still lifts up but it cannot be held down with magnets as it's aluminum. It doesn't fall out so it doesn't bother me.
