AD5X Enclosure Removable door hinge.

Took old door hinge and added slotted frame side mount and made door removable. Uses same hardware and mounts in the same location as original except for these extra fasteners are needed: 2x M3x25mm BHCS STL is in recommended print orientation. No supports needed.
