Description
FINALLY! I can print more than 2 or 3 of these clips without an adhesion fail. I print these bag clips when I want to finish rolls of filament, then I give them away to friends, family, or anyone who shows interest in my 3D printers. Problem is – every single time I try to print more than a few at a time, one or two clips fail and ruin the entire plate. The adhesion problem is caused by that little tail lifting up, then the nozzle drags the bit of plastic around until it catches on another clip or sticks to the nozzle itself. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Here's the solution: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media This is a print-in-place model, I recommend that you turn on Order of Walls to Outer/Inner (Bambu Studio) or External Perimeters First (PrusaSlicer) so that hinge is not melted into a blob.
