Affordable Corded Goweto Electric Air Duster to 8mm OD/6mm ID Hose Case Conversion (Air Cooler for CNC router)

A case mod for a cheap (sub $38CAD/$27USD), common, corded electric duster (Goweto Electric Air Duster) found on Amazon.ca/.com to be used as an air cooler for an 8mm OD air hose attachment included with my CNC router (Genmitsu 3030 ProverMAX). Designed to be screw mounted to an enclosure but can be additionally stabilized with double sided foam tape. Features: Uses the 5 OEM screws No supports needed for printing Includes threaded end and nut for 8mm OD/6mm ID PTFE tubing Recommendations: Use 8mm OD/6mm ID PTFE tubing & keep length as short as possible (2' or less including your CNC's coolant nozzle if possible) Should print with 0 supports needed if oriented as pictured (Place on face then auto rotate/orient in slicer). Use speed setting 1 to reduce potential for overheating NO WARRANTY &/OR LIABILITY PROVIDED USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Automatic Overheat protection should shut the unit down if it overheats but it's highly recommended you use at only the first speed level. Speed level 1 is more than sufficient for air cooling during aluminum cutting on a CNC router when the hose length is kept to less than 2'). Future Ideas: Lightening of case material without reduction to strength or air seal to help with the motor's thermal dissipation (plastic acts as an insulator), possibly even modify the enclosure to use aluminum foil as a heatsink (this could however be electrically dangerous) Base plate with hose adapter so air can be taken from a colder source Commit a proper air flow simulation Experiment with utilizing the venturi effect Reintroduce filter grate to back plate Make mountable version for direct mounting to cnc machines Potential for pop can casing for an ultralight, thermally conductive motor shroud?
