Description
This part was designed to solve a common problem when installing an aftermarket AK Booster on an AKS which originally came with a non standard tip or has a longer than usual outer barrel which results in the new Booster not going 'back' far enough to engage the retention pin. I modeled this replacement with a 6mm rearward offset on the outer 24mm threads which shifts the whole unit 6mm further back allowing it to correctly interact with the retention pin. Most boosters use 24mm CW threads (JG, CYMA, BOLT, WE, etc), but some use CWW (LCT?) so it's best to double check before printing. Barrel threads are standard -14mm. If you need a different offset for your application please leave a comment and I will upload a modified version.
