Description
This is a remix of another Pulse rifle on Thingverse … I did print the original, and it was simple to print and easy to put together, but there were some things that I thought I could improve, so I made a second one with alterations. Trigger added to the Grenade launcher. Grenade barrel cage holes hollowed to look real. Grenade loading slot added under the barrel. The front of the grenade barrel opened up. Bolt handle, separated for easy sanding. The machine gun barrel cage is joined together and made separate from the main body. So the whole barrel unit can be glued and painted separately from the main body. Stock modified with a butt pad (also some slots on top) … Not original, but I didn't like the plain stock it came with, on display. I personally used a 17mm aluminium bar for the gun barrel, although there is a 3d printed version (A22). To print, you could just print all the small A** (22 pieces) .... I have joined a lot of the pieces together for fewer joints. .... Also, there are some marked "no bolts", these have the fake bolts removed. I plan to use real M3 button head bolts, after painting There is a 3D printed display version, but I also added a real static display to mine, and hollowed out the display block and magazine to allow for this. The hole is made for a Luckylight KW2-561AVB display. .... The four parts needed for the real screen are marked "screen mod" ... and I have added 2 25x2.5 holes on the magazine, for a magnet to hold the bottom of the magazine on. For the rechargeable display, you will need: .. 18650 battery Luckylight KW2-561AVB display (Common Anode version, to follow my diagram) TP4056 ... USB-C Battery charger LM2596 ... voltage dropper 11 x 220 ohm resistors Switch The battery is 3.7 volts, the screen is only 2 volts, this is the reason for the voltage dropper .... MAKE SURE YOU ADJUST THE VOLTAGE DOWN WITH THE SCREW TO 2 VOLTS OUTPUT BEFORE CONNECTING THE SCREEN. ... The blue dots on my picture are 220 ohm resistors....... I had a battery already; the rest cost under £10 Display ... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284952875407?var=586748257386 Voltage convetor ... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255930843485?_skw=LM2596&itmmeta=01KN0XD53Q0K4QNYPX1K3WRWPX&hash=item3b96aac15d:g:tqEAAOSwg8Bj4WcN&itmprp=enc%3AAQALAAAA4GfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xD5kkmStLNne5fGGy51ORjH98nxaOf8N2wzwiCvJjbBRqmyRf87rjdhlLu5oERTfn7cZvqELaMfAE41xTIovNVkjPuiLiIN6aqP%2FZAHDHWU0FVtIYZDeKp61ClIq1AhoOK3D2oHDH7wuiBcyqB5kmU%2F%2B%2Bec9epCvoQkiRXE26MztxPJKkKTXwtEYAre4QhTfhO3xvxAEEmCXPfuIvt2zbIuhEO%2Bms%2BASTKDvcCBqVdeCf5W23QwM8A%2FVdPwmZP2NwIQIca7Jz3OnpaJn2OnXBcp%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR7LStJ2oZw Charge board ... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335700691718?_skw=TP4056&itmmeta=01KN0XH0BYAFEXYWGE4CH9PD60&hash=item4e29520b06:g:O~UAAOSwZ0RmugdU&itmprp=enc%3AAQALAAAAwGfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xCEAbcrtYOnhDmWnUQ956To%2FXolXmySr3a428mT5J6k5cPm3FkZXwYapHD5AOxvx5CP55zaFYz81KYxIovLQB%2BJKBQxX5KHCeOKzxGQSqYuJm337R%2Fi0NXBTFOhfIboHilQk9OFVcOW%2BJlBrRHMs0jLh8Ul%2FuQhRuBYA%2F8jp%2BCNafAm4YgcHbhysN2ghUK9WkMr%2BcF7BkzSaeWGFcWV6ok16SiWxrC7QwyqofPz4h9a%2Bg%3D%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR56HxJ2oZw I am currently building it myself, I will upload pictures when done.
