All-In-One Portable Soldering Station NOTE: If you want to print these and sell them, the case isn't allowed to be sold due to the requirements of the original creator. If you're interested in a version without it, too bad Filament I printed everything in PLA with default settings. However, I have found that if you use PLA for the Solder Iron Holder (part with the bearing), you can have instances where the PLA gets too soft. To avoid this, try using nylon or carbon fiber filaments. Parts List This list and associated links are what I bought for this project, or very close to something I had on hand. Let me know if any of the links are broken. Battery : Comes with USBC→USBC cable, but any cable that can provide 20v@5A should be fine ( alternate link if other doesnt work ) Solder Wick : Has had a design changed since the one I bought so it might rattle a bit Strippers : These are not great, but they are small and usable Silicone Pad : Will need to cut it to size and you don't need to glue it down Solder Sucker Screw Driver : This was decided because I have these laptops and they are amazing. If you don't want to use this screw driver and find something that will work in the same spot, let me know Pinecil Soldering Iron : There is no plan for supporting another iron. If someone has another iron they want supported, let me know and we can work something out Soldering Tips Bearings : You can just buy the cheapest ones since crappy bearings will work just the same Helping Hands : These were made by Maker Mike (Thanks!) I just added connection points for his design 6x M3x20mm Screws: This is for the hinges and clips M3x12mm Screw with an M3 nut: For the solder holder Diagonal Snips Alligator Clips : For the helping hands Super Glue: To glue in the alligator clips NOTE: For the screws and nuts, it is cheaper to just buy this box since it has everything you need.
