Description
The recommended z leadscrews for the Ender 3 NG left my Mk8 hotend nozzle too far away from the buildplate - the z offset between my probe and nozzle was almost 10mm. The hotend mount has been modified to lower the nozzle ~8mm towards the buildplate; this was enough to allow the nozzle to touch the buildplate on my printer. The fan duct is similarly modified. Additionally, on my build the heater and thermistor cables on my hotend exited awkwardly, which meant I needed more clearance for the fan duct than the original allowed for; this duct has been widened to allow space for the cables around the hotend. The wider fan duct clears all x and y gantry features across the full travel of the x axis.
