Aluprofile-Brackets (optimized for 3D printing)

These Brackets are a Remix of my original design: https://www.printables.com/de/model/420879-corner-bracket-v2-optimized-for-3d-printing no support, no bridging, strong design They are special designed for 2020 or 4040 Alu profiles. They work with M3 and M4 screws. The normal versions are made for countersunk screws and the “_flat” versions are for truss, pan or round head screws. You can find the different versions and the diameters of all brackets in the pictures. caution: Most round head screws will collide at on the parts “Alu_Bracket_A_flat” and “Alu_Bracket_B_flat”. Use instead of these the parts “Alu_Bracket_E_flat” and “Alu_Bracket_F_flat”. If these brackets aren’t exactly what you need feel free to use the f3d file to make your own Remix or leave a comment, so I can change them.
