AM8 EVA 3.0 printhead (Sherpa Mini & E3D V6)

I really liked the design of the EVA 3.0 printhead and I have modified it a little to make it work on the AM8 BLV, and to make it work with Sherpa Mini and E3D V6. It has a lot of heat insert, but some hex nut, so have get both. BL-Touch offset: x_offset: 32.10 y_offset: -15.20 z height from the tip of the bltouch and E3d V6 nozzle is 2.24, should be in a range 2.30-4mm, for those measure yourself and if is 2.24 add a washer M3 on top, it has 0.5 mm height so total distance is 2.74, and is a perfect range.
