Description
Simply put I needed some weight for my AMS weights so I just used some cheap leftover sand. The thing is using superglue to hold it on would get expensive and needed something easy to hold in all the sand. So made a simple plug/space for the hold and added some slits to allow glue permeate it. Its just a few steps. Print the plug in TPU Just fill the AMS weight up to 5 mm below the threads. Add some glue that is kind of thick like maple syrup Place the plug on top and push it down, you may have to use a tool like a flat head screw driver to get it down. Make sure there is glue coming out of the slits and then top of a bit. Double check no glue is in the threads. Let it dry I tested it with a ams weight designed for bambu filament. Either v2 or v3 should fit the inside your weight
