Anderson Powerpole Panel Mount x2 with Thread for std cap

I liked the powerpole 2 connector panel mount by mrmilbe, but had some rubber dust caps and wanted to use one of them, so redesigned it for the cap, the od was reduced to 36mm with the step down being 35mm. After printing I think the flange is a little thin, so uploaded a new one that adds an extra mm of thickness
