Ankermake M5 Temp Tower

Ankermake M5 gcode files produced by the Ankermake slicer, but manually edited to correct temperatures for each segment. This temp tower should be more accurate for those of us using the Ankermake slicer compared to other gcode given that it uses the movements generated by that slicer, which are much faster. Another benefit is it prints faster overall because… well that's why we bought this printer. :) Currently includes PETG only at fan speeds 30%, 50%, and 100%. The files are zipped rather than raw because Printables thinks they include invalid GCODE, but that's because they contain custom Ankermake gcode. sigh I included the original STL from the remix here to convince Printables that this is actually a model, but it's unchanged.
