The aircraft was an engineering marvel, able to transport up to 250 tonnes of cargo, including single pieces weighing up to 200 tonnes. During its operation, the An-225 was used to transport a variety of equipment including wind turbine blades, generators, trains and even other aircraft. The Mriya attracted a high degree of public interest, attaining a global following due to its size and its uniqueness. People frequently visited airports to see its scheduled arrivals and departures. The only completed An-225 was destroyed in the Battle of Antonov Airport during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. A version of the stabilizers and wings without the built-in supports is included in the ‘additional content’ folder. For printers with a Z height of 222mm or more, it is suggested to use the ‘one piece’ version of the wings which can also be found in the ‘additional content’ folder.
