About the AquaFlyer: The AquaFlyer is designed to provide a fun and engaging throwing game for various outdoor environments. This compact frisbee is easy to carry and provides endless fun wherever you go. Making the disc in contrasting colors based on your play environment enhances visibility and ease of retrieval. Differences from the original AquaFlyer: The original AquaFlyer rquires you to print it using TPU. However, This design doesn't print the disc itself, but rather a mold box of the disc. This mold box creates the same frisbee, but allows you to make it out of silicone instead of TPU. The SOFTEST silicone I would suggest using is 15A, and remember, that is the SOFTEST I would use; it would probably be best if you used a stiffer silicone. Extra info: The mold box has little grooves around the edges of the two pieces, allowing you to easily line the two parts up so that they snap fully together, and it helps with separating the two halves after the silicone cures. The two pieces should be clamped tightly together so that no silicone seeps into the cracks where the two parts connect. The silicone should be poured in through one of the three holes in the top of the mold box. The mold will require roughly 30 mL of silicone to completely fill it.
