arduCam rev E or B0506 cover

It says rev E on the camera. not sure what that means. Anyway, added holes to work with this model. I flipped the spacer and sanded it down so it wouldn't pinch the wire going from the front to the back. not perfect but it works. might need to sand to make fit.
