Arrow Antenna to Discovery Drive Adapter

Allows the Arrow dual-band antenna to be mounted on a Discovery Drive azimuth/elevation rotor. The handle of the Arrow goes in the slot, and the base plate bolts to the Discovery Drive's rotor plate. I used a prototype Discovery Drive with multiple mounting holes, but this should match the bolt pattern for the Discovery Dish. Two zipties are needed to secure the Arrow to the adapter plate.
