Description
If anyone is wondering, the filament I used is Funfetti PLA from CookieCAD that I bought from Amazon. It is a really fun PLA to use, and prints very clean and smooth. Here are the best settings I used: Set print defaults to the same as original slug. We only added a bow. In the slicer, I scaled mine up to 150%. This was a little big, but it turned out very nice, and the slug is very flaccid and moveable. I would suggest anywhere between 100% and 150% scale, with 115% being ideal. The larger, the better it looks. I also utilized the “Avoid traveling over printed/supported parts”. Adds some loose junk on the outside, but made the slug move much better. When its done printing, you can carefully twist off the brims attached to the antenna's on the bottom. Then, you can twist off the pieces attached to the bow. Some chunks might remain attached, and you can twist those off as well. I hope someone will enjoy this! I had a lot of fun putting it together. Kudos to Copper Keep and Shack3D_Print for their awesome models!
