Articulated Snowman (jointed)

I printed the body parts in matte PLA. The nose and connectors in glossy PLA. Eyes and buttons in matte PLA. The scarf is the original model printed in TPU. I used no glue for assembly, but that will be completely dependent on all your printing variables. Glue is great if needed, or a slight resize may do the job as well. There are two connectors. The original and large which is slightly longer with 0.3mm larger balls for a tighter fit. Another option is to scale the original, either uniform or per-axis to get the fit that you prefer with your filaments and printer. (fwiw ‘large’ has 5% larger connectors) Less range of motion so far compared to the original with elastic connector. I’ll try a few tweaks to see how movement and modularity can be adjusted. I’ll post the STEP files too if anyone wants to try some edits … open to any ideas and suggestions!
