Articulating Suction Mount Adapter

In order to mount cameras to glass, I looked for a suction cup mount that would allow me to adapt it to the articulating system. About two weeks ago as of this writing, I found the suction cup shown here. Unfortunately it appears to have been discontinued in those two weeks! I'm still posting it in case they become available again and because I've found some alternatives that look compatible or at least need a small modification. As soon as they arrive, I will update this post. Two versions are posted. One duplicates the factory design and the other has a larger supporting structure. The “robust” version is slightly more difficult to get in position but I recommend it. Print with support in order to preserve a good fit with the groove. Update: Alternative 1: "Strong Suction Cup Vacuum Hook" or “TAILI Wall Hook Vacuum Suction Cup” do indeed work with the original design. They are readily available including on Amazon. They come in white and black versions. Alternative 2: "Self Adhesive Wall Hooks" are abundant at least on typical Chinese sites. I've added a slightly revised version that works with them. For some situations these will be better than the suction cup versions (as well as being much cheaper).
