Aside from 3d printed parts, you will need: 5 bearings - 22mm outer diameter, 8mm inner diameter, 7mm high 2 metal dowels 30mm long, 5mm diameter NOTE: This is for Australian currency only, but I may release versions for other currencies if there is interest.
