This project provides a complete set of handles and structural reinforcements for balcony insect screen frames. It is designed to improve both usability and rigidity of mesh frames used in doors or windows, helping to keep insects such as flies and mosquitoes out while maintaining a durable and easy-to-handle structure. The set includes two different handle designs. The first is a flush-mounted handle that stays within the same plane as the screen frame, making it ideal for tight spaces where nothing should protrude. The second is a raised handle, designed for a more ergonomic grip and easier opening or removal of the screen. To strengthen the frame, multiple types of corner reinforcements are included. There are two compact corner brackets: A fully flush version that fits neatly into the corner without adding bulk A reinforced version that slightly extends outward and supports additional screws for increased strength and rigidity In addition, the project includes a diagonal reinforcement beam. This longer support element is mounted between the sides of the frame at a 45-degree angle, distributing forces across the structure and significantly improving overall stability—especially useful for larger screens or frames exposed to frequent handling. All components are designed for straightforward printing and installation, and can be adapted to various frame sizes and configurations.
