Bambu AMS Feeder Protector

First of all, thanks @kjbturok for provided source files. This is remix of his well-known model . What changed: The main change is to reduce wall thickness between the feeder and spool because sometimes I expected friction on full spools from some vendors. It's reduced to 0,5 mm and still reliable, which is definitely better for me. Another change is a version with drill bushings instead of PTFE. I really liked this idea, thanks for @BrandonRaineri for it. I used bushing K1022.A0250X06 from KIPP and this model only tested with them. And third change – version with numbers instead of logo.
