Bambu Labs style spool - reusable - designed for respooling

This spool is a modification of Blizzard's V2 parametric core Bambu Labs spool designed to accommodate Bambu filament refills: bambulab_spool_narrow_modded_v2_different_core_diameter.f3d bambulab_spool_narrow_modded_v2_different_core_diameter.f3d I needed printable spools for respooling my cardboard filament spools to a plastic reusable spool in order to make them more AMS friendly. The AMS doesn't like cardboard spools if they are damaged (even slightly). It likes them even less if they are light when there's not much filament left in them. Of course you need a filament re-spooler for this spool to be of use. I use this one by Miklos Kiszely: https://www.printables.com/model/407688-bambu-lab-p1-x1-x1c-x1cc-filament-spool-switcher-w NOTE : For best results, do not use a nozzle larger than 0.4mm UPDATE : Modified the wide spool halve to also include label area. Also thickened the label area on narrow spool half to the full thickness of the spool wall. Lastly I created spool side stiffeners to help prevent the spool sides from distorting outward because of filament pressure during respooling. The resulting widening of the spool walls caused the spools to not work properly in the Bambu AMS.
