Description
Why this design, compared to alternatives out there? Low amount of filament consumption (17.5g each, with 20% infill and 4 perimeters) Less filament consumption = a quicker print Use of just a single T-nut & screw Can be mounted/removed with the squash ball (pre-)installed in the 3D-print. Designed for the correct screw length, with some leeway; with some other designs you risk(/will) damage your extrusions. Lock on ‘hook’-feature, making assembly real easy Necessary hardware (BOM) DescriptionAmountM5x8mm (ISO7380)1 (per foot)M5 T-nut1 (per foot)2-yellow-dot squash ball1 (per foot) Printing Instructions PETG 4 perimeters, 20% infill, 5 top/bottom-layers, PrusaSlicer: “detect bridging perimeters" enabled. Credits It's a remix of the Squash ball feet for Prusa i3 mk3s by Yosuke.
