Description
This post contains all the needed 3D printable components for a belt driven 2-stage cycloidal drive (which uses a NEMA 17 stepper motor). The belt drive has a 1:6 ratio and the cycloidal drive itself has a 1:18 ratio. Components included: 2 cycloidal disks, 1 eccentric center, 2 belt pulleys, 1 belt tensioner, 1 output part (with outer pins), 2 support parts. *I would recommend for the disks to be printed out of ABS Metal parts needed for the assembly: disk bearing (2) - 10 mm inner diameter, 7.5 mm outer diameter, 5 mm thickness; output bearing (2) - 65 mm outer diameter, 50 mm inner diameter, 7 mm thickness 6mm diameter metal pins (6 parts - these are going to be the inner pins) 5 mm diameter metal pin (for the center of the cycloidal drive) m3 threaded rods (used to join the 2 "input" parts) m3 screw, hex nut and washer (for the belt tensioner) Biggest load that I manages to lift with this drive was of 2.5 kg.
