Belt Tensioner Knob - M4 Nut Compatible Remix

To avoid the need to purchase M4 threaded heat inserts, I modified the provided knob to accommodate an M4 nut instead. By doing so, I was able to simplify the attachment process without requiring any additional hardware. The M4 nut is designed to fit snugly with a press fit. To ensure durability, I also incorporated additional bulk to strengthen the design. The bolts that I'm using for the tensioner knob are not pictured, but THESE are the ones I've chosen.
