Description

A Benchy that you can turn into a Rose. I removed the writing on the back so you can add someone's name. If you would like to make the stem longer you can download my stem extensions here. https://www.printables.com/model/709575-better-rose-stem-extensions Printer Settings PrusaSlicer 2.9 Benchy Layer Height - .2 Perimeters – 2 Seam – I think it looks a lot better if you paint on the seams and use Aligned. Stem Layer Height - .2 Perimeters – 2 Minimum Shell Thickness Top and Bottom – 1mm Fill Density – I like to use 0% for transparent filaments but you can use whatever % you like. Seam - Random Top and Bottom fill pattern – I like to use Archimedean Chords Brim – You might need to use a brim for the stem and dowel. If the dowel rod is a little too small or a little too big try increasing or decreasing the XY by 1 or 2%. Rose The rose can be a little tricky to print with a .4 nozzle. You might have to play a round with your settings. Here’s what worked for me. Spiral Vase Layer Height - .15 Solid Layers Top - 0 Bottom – 2 Bottom Fill Pattern - I like to use Archimedean Chords Extrusion Width - .4 with a .4 nozzle It would probably print a lot better with a .2 nozzle. If you have any questions, just ask. Please post pictures!!!
