Bicycle repair - dummy stem

Replaces a stem/handlebars for holding a fork in place in the headset while doing service work on a bicycle. Works with both 1 1/8" and 1 1/4" stems. Requires a 1/4" x 2" bolt and nut to complete the clamp.
