Description

This is a simple extension bar for mounting bike lights onto any mounting stud on your bike. I added a handlebar bag to my bike but this mean that my front bike lights (which attach to the handlebar) hit the handlebar bag. This is a small extension piece which is 28mm diameter (similar to a handlebar)/ It can be attached using mounting nuts (designed for holing panier racks). This gives a little section for the bike light to fix onto. There is a commercial product which does this, but this quick design seems to work well. I printed in PLA on an Ender3, but time will tell how it holds up. I'll try printing one in ABS as this would survive outside better. I've included the FreeCad design files, the .stl model and the .gcode. You probably want to re-slice the .stl for your printer.
