This is a modular rail mount system designed for mounting a railing or rail structure onto a bike trailer. The parts were specifically developed to compensate for uneven surfaces (e.g. dented aluminum boxes) and to provide a durable, vibration-resistant connection. The design is optimized for flexible materials like TPU, which allows the mount to adapt to imperfect surfaces without introducing excessive stress into the parts. Notes: Originally printed in ASA-CF, but long-term stress due to uneven mounting surfaces caused potential failure risks. TPU solved this issue by providing flexibility and stress relief.
