BIQU H2 for B1 - modified Fan Base MAD system

Modification of MAD fan base. Orginal model did not quite fit to my H2 V2S extruder. I did not want to rotate extruder motor - it is probably not possible without extruder dissasebly and breaking warranty sticker. Note. I had to enlarge mouting holes with drill in order to be able mount it on extruder. I would be better to enlage mounting holes on model to 4mm.
