Description

This model is untested because I'm waiting on something to finish my build. It should work for most of the BIQU H2 family of products and the fanduct can be used for any project (check dimensions). The fan duct is more compact than most I've seen and has the advantage of mounting from the top so you don't get a wide toolhead like in the MAD duct mod. This duct however limits your option to use the lever, personally I didn't use it anyways and just used retract/extrude on klipper to put filament in or take it out (while the hotend is heated of course). UPDATE: The duct itself had missing clearance for the gear because the model I worked with didn't include the gear, the V2 duct has the clearance and should allow the gear to move freely though the airflow is a tiny bit more restrictive on the right side. I also added more material to prevent the fan from slipping out of it's groove.
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed for a printer, specifically for the Ender 3 V2 CoreXY printer. It features a toolhead mount and a fan duct system that directs airflow to the head. The model includes a central component for mounting the toolhead and two side ducts with blue and green flow lines indicating airflow direction. The design is optimized for efficient cooling and ventilation during the process.
