Description

Instructions uploaded as pdf. The drive behind these files was that we wanted to light up a local skatepark or spot but work lights often cost $200 or more. We had Feit-style rechargeable LED work lights from Costco. But the problem was they are never high enough to not be blinding you when you just want to ride your favorite spot and didn’t illuminate enough area. Regular tripods were also too low and weak. So the idea was to print some files and purchase some common hardware to put it all together. Print settings: Recommend use rafts for bed adhesion for all which makes the parts come off supports cleaner. Use the orientation that the files are saved in for the needed strength for each part. Enable supports everywhere for an overhang of about 50 degrees but the holes do not all require supports especially the long holes. You can use blockers on those long ones. Takes about 1.3kg of filament. PLA is fine as these are used in UV-deprived conditions. Use TPU for the feet. Some recommendations for infil: Top light holder 15% Top light holder cap 100% Tripod holder 40-80% Lower sleeve 100% Outer clamp 15-40% Support 15% Optional - Center foot in TPU 40% Optional - Leg foot x 3 in TPU 40% Share with friends, make a bunch, make your night time session easier!
