BoTC OnTheBlock Skull Marker with Vote Dial

I modified to add a dial into the skull head to track how many votes the On-The-Block player has. Dial I used was this one, with some minor modifications: https://www.printables.com/model/5042-star-realms-authority-counter-0-50-or-0-99 There's a mechanical spring inside that adds a bit of "clickiness" to the dials, and can be a really tight fit. Came with the original design and I had to trim mine to snap in. White filament can be really transparent in thin spots too, so I painted the back of the thin area white to avoid looking like there's a cassette tape in it's forehead.
