Bowden tube holder for Creality K1 - K1 Max Riser

I printed this at 0.16mm layer height in PLA, but 0.2mm should be OK. Once printed, this simply clips into one of the diamond holes in the riser. The Bowden tube either clips in place or can be slid into the hole.
