Description
My speaker still works great, but the rubberized coating on the outside panels has turned sticky. I designed a set of replacement panels that can be bolted in place of the existing ones. The speaker housing itself remains intact so it should still be waterproof. To remove the old panels, unscrew the 4 black screws on each side. Then pry up the foot pads on the bottom and unscrew a screw under each. The panels are held on with a small amount of glue. They should come free fairly easily. To install, put the panels on (they only go one way). Put the metal side brackets over the panels and screw in with the existing screws. This does not use the bottom screws that were under the foot pads. For best results, print with the front edge on the build plate with brim and no supports. I used 0.24mm resolution and these printed in about an hour each.
