Description

Model can be mirrored in your 3D printing software to print the Passenger side. I didn't used supports and everything came out fine, your mileage may vary. Compatible with sixth-gen Ford Broncos (mine is a 2022, unsure of other years). On the Glasses Clips (READ THE EDIT): Please don't hold me responsible if your glasses jump out the window. I put two clips on mine to hopefully minimize the risk but this design has minimal real-world testing at the time of posting, aside from fitment. You could in theory get away with just using one clip I suppose. EDIT: I've had some time with this and something weird happened. I left my glasses in here while driving and the heat on. The constant flow of air ended up drying out the hinge on my glasses and I had to oil it. If you don't have metal hinges, maybe not an issue. Just a word of caution. On the A-Pillar Vent: The vent I created has three clips, I suggest doing the bottom one first, followed by the two clips on the interior vertical edge. Then the exterior-facing edge should be pushed into place, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Removal is reversal of install. The clips should fit your stock vents, or the 3D printed replacements. I honestly suggest only using the clips on printed replacements, as the process of slotting them could scrape up the edge of your OEM ones. Printing Notes: I printed at 50% density to give them a fighting chance in the heat, but honestly I suggest printing in something other than PLA - the interior of your car can get hot enough to soften/warp PLA on a hot summer day. Plus, like, this is the register of a heat duct in your car so even in the winter this could be an issue.
