Required Hardware: 2250 box 6 x M3 x 30 mm screws (room for a 7th spare screw in the TPU insert) 5 mm EVA Foam for lid Calibrator box 6 x M3 x 30 mm screws Materials/print settings: PETG - 6 walls, 3 layers base, 3 layers top, 15% gyroid infill 2250 box lid 2250 box base Calibator box lid Calibrator box base ASA Box Latch (this stops the latch from stretching over time but you could print this out of PLA or PETG with a few spares) TPU (98A) 2 walls, 3 layers base, 5 layers top, 8% gyroid infill, slim tree support under air tag holder 2250 insert box insert The Story: I work as an acoustic consultant and also work with the team to maintian and manage our equipment. Our team works in and around London we wanted a slim, protective solution that could be carried by all of our engineers on the tube (with bonus space for an apple airtag). After trying and failing to find a good option I just took a load of measurements, photos and 3D scans of the sound level meter in a series of orientations with my phone, went home and did some recreational R&D. After a bit of back and forth now we have two small rugged boxes.
