BTT Pi TFT43 v2.1 top hat mount

The LDO v2.4 rev C kit shipped with a BTT 4.3" TFT RasPi display, and the default mounting position is in the front-center of the bottom skirt. As part of the associated top hat mod, this part allows relocation to a top corner; the primary limitation is the 15-pin FCC DSI ribbon cable, as 1m is the purported functional limit.
