Bumper_Hole_Rear_T-Bar_Plug

I couldn't find anything that allowed for the use of a T-Bar for a beetle so I edited an existing plug to allow for a rear T-Bar. I have only added the hole so it will still need the same preparation and print settings as described in the original file. I haven't fully tested this part yet so feel free to let me know if there is anything that should be changed.
