[Cabled] Xbox series X/S controller mini wheel

A remix of pixel2's model, with a hole that lets you use a USB-C cable for your XBSX controller. This remix uses a plugged in USB-C cable as a retention system, rather than latching to the port itself. Printing and assembly instructions can be found on the original model's page.
